(TSX-V: SMD) ("Strategic") announces, further to its July 19, 2011 news release that, for technical reasons pursuant to applicable TSX Venture Exchange policies, the "Share Distribution Record Date" has been extended to July 27, 2011. Accordingly, the Silver Range common shares and Silver Range share purchase warrants will be distributed to persons who are shareholders of Strategic at the close of business (Vancouver time) on July 27, 2011.
